Job Description
Working on-site with a global Investment Bank, the responsibility of a Talent Development coordinator is to take the lead in managing all the related planning of the delivery of Talent Management programs to executive level employees within the bank.
Main Responsibilities:
- Scheduling for the following activities
- Coaching meetings
- Advisory meetings
- Assessment meetings/handles scheduling matrix with external vendor
- Programming outreach for participant availability
- Team meetings
- Reserving rooms for various advisory meetings and internal PS meetings
- Reporting and tracking for APAC
- Tracks advisory work
- Weekly reporting
- Ad hoc reporting for divisions
- Expense management for APAC (including communication with vendor)
- Contract management for APAC (including communication with vendor)
- Ad hoc requests including updating presentations into new PS templates, updating leadership handouts into new PS template etc.
- Upcoming
- Tracking attendance at programs
- Coordinating with Events on participant attendance/availability
- Sending out meeting requests/holds for events
- Assist with updating briefing documents as needed
- Communicating
- With program participants on email, phone or in person re: program logistics
- With MD assistants on the phone and on email
- With and handling processes required to manage our external executive coaches and other vendors, including vendor on-boarding and processing invoices
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* Administrative and or Human Resources experience required
* Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment with high volume
* Assertive and proactive; positive attitude; always willing to learn
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, English is essential; ability to interact with numerous individuals
* Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook
