Main Responsibilities:
-Managing system project portfolio and budget control;
-Handling establishment of system project control procedures;
-Liaising regional system office for regional application roll-out.

Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree with major in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline;
-At least 5 years' working experience on system control procedure establishment, budget control, project portfolio management, experience in banking industry is preferable;
-Experience in HKMA Technology Risk Management is an advantage;
-Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with good interpersonal skills;
-Responsible and reliable, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
