The Operation Manager (Loan), Margin and asset back Lending ,will work with Top Management on asset back loan products; through data and market analysis to provide information and make recommendations to define credit policies and strategies that have direct impact on the overall portfolio growth and profitability performance

 Job Responsibilities:

• Support business/ product developments and collect information relating to prospective targets
• Formulate credit policies/ develop product programs to support new business/product launches
• Provide insightful analysis of latest market, necessary asset analyses and performance forecasts
• Review and formulate new acquisition policies to reflect changes in risk/ competitive dynamics in the market place. Take necessary action as to attain business goal
• Monitor loan portfolio quality as to maximize profitability
• Review and ensure that loan programs are renewed on timely basis
• Support process streamline in credit evaluation and operations to ensure a more efficient workflow without compromising in controls
• Support the development of management information systems, which form the statistical base for the formulation and modification of loan policies
• Liaise with agents, market intelligence to ensure timely reporting of related new business information to senior management

 Job Requirements:

• University degree in Law/ Economics/ Finance or related discipline 
• Solid working experience in risk management with major financial institution(s) in a managerial capacity
• Strong analytical power, good problem solving skills along with good judgment
• Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Able to work independently as well as in teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written & spoken)
