The Job:

The incumbent will be assigned to work for the Architectural Services Department. He/She will be responsible for the preparation of working drawings/sketches, as-built record drawings and undertake other related duties.

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in Architectural Studies / Building Studies / Building Services with minimum 3 years’ drafting experience of architectural works; or
• Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies / Building Studies / Building Services with 2 years’ relevant experience; or
• 5 years’ drafting experience in architectural firm.
• Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, 3D Max and Google SketchUp
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Immediately available is preferred
