• Handle, coordinate and monitor construction works on site
• Diploma/Certificate in Building Study or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' practical on site (new project or A&A works) experience
• Sound knowledge in building construction and maintenance technology
• AutoCAD and MS-Office skills
• Energetic and reliable team player ; excellent communication
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
