Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project management and new development in shopping centres and office commercial buildings
• Cooridnate with differnt parties like internal , consultants and external vendors for all project related activites
• Monitor the progress and ensure the projects are completed within the budget and on time
• Manage all the A&A renovation works to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal standards - Advise and comment on fit-out designs, works inspection, monitor maintenance schedule, etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in building surveying, architectural or related disciplines plus member of HKIS/RICS /HKIA or equivalent with minimum 10 years post graduation and 5 years post qualification experience or related disciplines

• Minimum 6-8 years of solid experience in large scale renovation in property developers / consultancy
• Well familiar with statutory submission requirements and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Experience in site control & monitoring is an advantage
• Professional qualification required for Manager position; MHKIS or equivalent
• Familiar with building regulations and related statutory requirements
• Good command of languages

Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Project Manager

• We offer a  5-day work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and working experience to the right candidates. Benefits:

• $25-60K up. 5-day, medical, bonus.
