Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager to manage Yuen Long plant to meet the License, Regulatory, Corporate & ISO9001/ISO14001 requirement.
• Plan and arrange manpower to ensure adequate resource is allocated for daily production and meet the delivery schedule.
• Review the purchasing plan for direct & indirect material to ensure adequate material is ordered for production.
• Monitor the machine and facilitates condition and feedback to maintenance to initiate proper repair and maintenance works.
• Monitor the production to ensure critical process control measures are implemented to ensure the quality of the product is met.
• Liaise with QC team to decide proper resolution and preventive measure for quality issues.
• Initiate project to drive improvement in production efficiency.
• Prepare work instruction and train the team to operate the production line, execute simple daily maintenance task.
• Supervise and train the team to ensure company policy in discipline, safety, and quality environment are implemented on shop floor.
• Take up other reasonable ad-hoc tasks as instructed.

 
Requirements:

• Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 5 years management in Manufacturing / Production Plant with exposure to heave duty automatic production line.
• Experience in cement plant and building material will be considered as an advantage.
• Capable to communicate with all levels of staff.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• PC software skills in Microsoft Office, experience in SAP is an advantage.
• Station in Yuen Long.
