Our client is a well-established organization with focus on top-tier clientele. There is an excellent opportunity exists that their marketing team is hiring a Marketing Manager who will focus on the premium and VIP client. 

Responsibilities

• Work on the large database and segmentize the target client group
• Develop the marketing strategy for developing the potential client group
• Drive CRM campaigns and work closely with CR team to ensure strong relationship building
• Developed events for VIPs to strengthen the bonding as well as develop new client base
• Report to the Department Head and lead a team of 5 on the assignments

Requirements

• Degree holder in marketing communication/PR management or related discipline
• Experienced in marketing segmentation, CRM and relationship management
• Experience in dealing with VIPs is an advantage
• Experience in hotel, casino, telecommunication and luxury retail is a bonus
• Approachable, knowledge in lifestyle is essential
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must
