Our client is an innovative P2P e-finance startup company.

This position will be reporting to the CEO, this newly created position will be responsible for all client service, operations, projects and digital platforms. They are looking for a highly energetic and creative professional to join its senior management team in Hong Kong for enhancing their customer experience and play a major part in the overall growth of this rapidly expanding company.

REQUIREMENTS:

– Degree or above holder in Finance, Business or related discipline with at least 12 years work experience in Finance sector

- Extensive operational understanding of end-to-end systems and processes

- A strong understanding of digital platforms & technology is essential

- Analytically minded - understanding data manipulation & development

- Credit risk management, asset management or lending experience preferable

- Must be familiar with regulatory requirements of HKSFC and HKMA

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and externals stakeholders

- Enjoy working in a constantly changing, busy environment

- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must
