Responsibilities
• Understands how to interpret business needs into solution
• Lead the design of the technical architecture of the application based on business landscape/ capabilities.
• Lead architectural designs on digital innovation related areas such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, IoT, O2O, start-up digital platforms, etc.
• Work with one or more Solution Delivery team(s) to govern and co-design technical designs to ensure architecture and integration principles are applied
• Create a scalable architecture and reduce technical debt that will enable further development and innovation with agile project development approach

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8-10 years E2E digital architect experience across multiple platforms
• Complete understanding and application of architecture principles, concepts, practices, and standards
• Experience working in complex IT environments, and able to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing context.
• Experience with Cloud deployment (e.g. AWS / MS Azure/ Aliyun)
• Experience with integration architectures using a Middleware/ Microservices/ Service-oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Experience in Master Data Management
• Experience in agile development architectural planning & approach (e.g. Digital Transformation, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, O2O Digital Channels, Web & Mobile, weChat, Chatbot, etc.)
• Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
• Experience in business development
• Experience or interest in upcoming tech trends: Machine learning, blockchain.
• Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering or relevant field
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Fluent in verbal Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
