The ideal candidate for this Project Manager position is someone who exhibits strong passion for managing the projects among our product team, engineering team, and business team, as well as the ability to prioritize and ensure timely delivery of the projects and features.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project proposals and plans according to budget and timeline
• Responsible for multiple project implementations across multiple functional teams
• Lead and coordinate infrastructure and technical system discussions with technical engineers, contractors and vendors
• Provide oversight and direction to respective teams to ensure project specifications and requirements are met
• Manage and lead cross-functional teams to resolve technical troubleshooting
• Primary contact point for all business partners, vendors and stakeholders
• Work independently on multiple projects and complete deliverables with limited supervision
• Provide various reports to improve services and processes

Requirements:

• 6+ years experience with at least 2 years experience as Application / Product Specialist in an Enterprise Environment, preferably from banking or financial services sector
• Previous software development experience required
• Strong proficiency in Jira and modern project management tools
• A problem-solver willing and able to push hard to ensure that their objectives are achieved
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret technical languages to non-technical
• Independent, self-motivated, and diligent
