Key Responsibilities

- works with clients to elicit high-level requirement and capture business needs

- clearly articulates and documents business requirements

- coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-thru to communication

   systems design and validate proposed solutions

- Obtain key input from development team and identify solutions interdependencies

- engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when    designing systems

-Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues

Education and Experience

- Broad IT domain experience in three or more of the following areas IT areas : Applications            Development ,Enterprise, Architecture, Project management, Vendor management, Quality            assurance, Infrastructure and Maintenance Support

- Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication

- Demonstrated analytical skills

- Understanding of information tech.and business concepts

- Familiarity with general business functions

- Problem solving and strong communication skills

- F.5 or above

- Good communication dna interpersonal skills

- Good command of Eng. Chi and Mandarin

- Good understanding of commercial applications

- Strong knowledge in MSSQL,MYSQL will be advantage

- 2 years' relevant working experience
