Job Description:

• Responsible for smooth daily operation on capacity allocation and utilisation
• Management of Truck Team (30 members & 15-20 trucks)
• Cost management for Truck Teams
• Supervise and lead the team to fulfill the customers’ needs
• Handle problem solving on order fulfillment and logistics issues
• Implement delivery procedures/workflow to achieve operational efficiency
• Majority on handling the Electronic, FMCG products and raw material
• Assist Unit Manager in implementing all operational activities
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years' solid experience in logistics or transportation team management with 2 years supervisory experience
• Excellent leadership and people management skill
• Good commands of written and spoken English & Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical, problem solving skills and communication skill
• Hardworking and willing to work overtime
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Truck Team Leader
• Work Location: Tsing Yi / Shatin
