Responsibilities  :

• Able to follow up order from sample development to bulk production order
• Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in development / production processes and order follow up
• Liaise and communicate with overseas customers, factories and internal department to ensure bulk production are meet with clients’ requirements
• Ensure fabric / trims / protos / salesman sample are developed to meet buyer's requirement
• Monitor order tracking activities, delivery schedule to meet deadline , quantity and quality etc
• Assist in negotiation on price and costing package
• Diagnose production problems and work with factories / suppliers to present alternatives to both clients and management

Requirements:

• HKCEE / High Diploma or above
• At least 5 years solid experience in garment merchandising experience
• Strong experience in liaison with processing factories and knowledge in production work flow
• Self-motivation, hard working, independent and details-oriented
• Proficient PC skills in MS office plus good skills in typing Chinese
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Immediate available
