We’re looking for a Technical Audit Coordinator to join Target. This candidate is responsible to schedule technical audits and re-audits, provide summary reports in the collaboration with vendors and Company QA team in accordance with the SOP of technical audit.

Job Responsibilities:

• Extract technical audit data from company system (GBSS) to work with auditors to prepare monthly audit schedule based on priorities
• Coordinate with appointed 3rd party service providers to arrange technical announced/unannounced) audits/re-audits as approved by technical manager
• Keep updating technical audit tracker in GBSS/defined shared drive
• Upload technical audit reports and CAP in GBSS/defined shared drive in a timely manner
• Prepare monthly technical audit summary reports against the technical audit tracker
• Prepare regular technical audit status reports
• Liaise with the suppliers for Technical Audit/Product Safety training workshops as per defined schedule
• Support to provide elaboration of the technical  audit report to the necessary parties (merchandisers, suppliers, factories)

Job Requirements:

• DSE or above
• At least 3 years’ working experience, preferably in relevant roles in technical audit data management / analysis
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proficient in IT skills especially in using MS-office
• Good knowledge and experience of technical audit
• Detail and organized to complete assignment in a timely manner
