Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and executive brand plan activities to achieve the sales target
• Develop marketing plan based on complete analysis of market, trade and consumer needs and resources and capabilities
• Develop ATL & BTL promotion, digital marketing and conduct marketing research
• Evaluate brand performance and recommend / execute appropriate changes in plans to achieve optimal results
• Plan and control the marketing budget
• Manage & plan new product and treatment development , inclusive of proposing ideas and unique selling point for each alert,
• Design and manage in-store visual merchandising
• Assist in preparing training materials (product and brand information) to front line staffs
• Maintain marketing communication calendar and to create, manage and grow the company’s presence through various media platforms, including Social Media channels and Email Marketing
• Evaluate and keep track the performance of different marketing programs (including season launch digital program KPI, Facebook analysis and web analytics)

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably from marketing sectors;
• Relevant experience in Skincare & Beauty Service industry is a plus;
• Independent, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines;
• Strong communication and attention to details;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer - Marketing
