Job Description

Key responsibilities:   

  • Devise and execute strategic plan for the overall sales and marketing in the world,
  • Develop and maintain relationship with the key accounts and working closely with the main customers
  • Promote and master the overall sales through e-commerce, O2O, ODM and OBM channels etc
  • Increase worldwide outbound sales through new business and products development, new distributors and new markets exploring worldwide
  • Do marketing research or keep alert the market trends and information affecting our business,, advise CEO in the future development
  • Lead team members (including collaborate with the R&D members) in achieving the sales goals
  • Driving sales of wellness products, such as aroma diffuser, essential oils, beauty products and smart products.
  • Regular reports on the progress of sales and market development to the CEO



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above in BA , Marketing discipline or equivalent
  • Experience in living or studying in the US is an advantage
  • Willing and great incentive to break through and attempt attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation skills in English.
  • Empathy and understanding of other cultures within a commercial context
  • Alert and sensitive to the current technology applied in the modern social life
  • More than3 years managerial experience in overseas sales and marketing (US & EU)
  • Strong international sales experience in a trading industry, experience with health & wellness industry would be great advantage.
  • Experience in e-marketing and O2O is preferable
  • Strong management and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to operate independently, driving own results
  • Well organized and able to schedule travel and sales activity efficiently
