Responsibilities

• Formulate, develop and implement leasing strategies
  Strengthen existing Retail / Office leasing portfolio plus explore potential new tenants
• Key person in lease negotiations and attend to tenancy-related matters
• Prepare leasing budgets, reports and related analysis to ensure the portfolio is meeting leasing targets
• Review and maintain the tenants’ database
• Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants’ fitting-out and refurbishment / revamping works

Requirements 

• Degree in Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline
• At least 7-10 years of relevant experience with major developers
• Strong market sense with analytical thinking
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good leadership and interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
