Being a crucial member of our existing planning team, the successful candidate will help us in servicing one of the key clients and expand the business through providing, creative ideas, outstanding media planning and detailed follow through on execution through the supervision of our senior media planners.  Training on thinking process and usage on proprietary research tools will be provided.

To become part of the family for IPG Mediabrands, the candidates need to be:

• Degree holder – Marketing, Communication, and advertising related field is a must;
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken language skills;   
• Detail oriented, organised and sensitive to numbers;
• Good communication skills, a team player and self-motivated;

Job Scope:

• Media planning and client servicing including client meetings and presentations;
• Assist supervisor on brand planning communication;
• Co-ordinate and follow up implementation of the approved media plans;
• Liaise with media owners;
• Prepare regular status reports, contact reports, competitive reports with summary & insights,   
• Prepare media opportunity evaluations and market updates;
• Research for data generation from in-house propriety and industry research tools
