Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the Business Director and take a leading role in the account service team
• Plan and manage multi-disciplined internal and external project teams and communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
• Establish in-depth understanding for clients’ business and earn respect from clients and peers as a knowledgeable digital delivery expert
• Act as the day-to-day contact and advisor for clients by providing appropriate solutions
• Define, negotiate, communicate, implement and manage the scope of the projects and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables
• Develop and manage long-term strategic client relationships and identify new business opportunities with existing and potential clients

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing / Communication / Business or related disciplines
• Naturally inquisitive, detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
• Interest / knowledge of internet, digital marketing solutions
• Initiative, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication, presentation and project coordination skills
• Experience in advertising or digital agency is an asset
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential
• Fresh graduate will also be considered as Account Executive
