Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Teach an Journalism course and develop learners’ understanding of photojournalism and provide them with the skills needed to undertake professional photojournalism work.
Learning outcomes on successful completion of this unit a learner will:
- Understand the commercial, ethical and regulatory factors that influence the work of photojournalists
- Understand the relationship between photojournalists and editors
- Be able to undertake photojournalism work
- Be able to reflect on own photojournalism work.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree holder in related discipline.
- 2-year industry experience.
- Teaching experience, working with students as a teacher or coach would be a definite advantage.
