Responsibilities: 

• Provide prime 7 x 24 network support services (including WAN, LAN, etc) for managed services customers;
• Provide technical proposals/ reports/documentations for solutions to meet customers’ technology and service requirements;
• Responsible for implementing network improvement solutions and services;
• Conformance to ITIL and industrial and technology and security standards / policies.

Requirements: 

• University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Above 3 years working experience in data networking area;
• Very good hands-on experience and knowledge on supporting CISCO switch and routers, various firewall (e.g. CISCO ASA, Juniper etc.) and wireless LAN infrastructure in MNC environment;
• Strong problem solving skills and project management skills; CISCO Professional Certificate (CCNP or above) is highly desired;
• Initiative, customer-focused, independent and able to work under pressure;
• Excellent communication / presentation skills.
