Responsibilities:
 
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide general technical support mainly over the phone for our prestigious clients.

Requirements:

- Higher Diploma or Tertiary education in IT related areas;
- Possess working experience in customer services area in IT field is preferable;
- 5-day working week with possible shift duty;
- Attractive Shift Allowance will be provided.
