Responsibilities:

• Provide Daily Administration on Linux and Windows platforms;
• Develop procedures and manuals to enhance operational efficiency;
• Provide support and troubleshooting on various projects and operation tasks;
• Communicating with customers, vendors and support teams. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or higher diploma in IT / computer science or related disciplines University graduate or equivalent
• 2 years or above hands-on experience in providing support in MS SQL, Oracle, My SQL Database, Cluster and HACMP
• Familiar with Redhat, Suse and Windows Platforms
• Customer-oriented, team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and proficient in spoken/written English.
• Strong process mindset with practical experience in ITIL / ISO (9001 & 20000)
