Responsibilities

• Purchasing order follow up, delivery arrangement, inventory control & cost management
• Negotiating with local or overseas suppliers
• Knowledge in handling shipping documents and Tradelink declaration
• Knowledge in food labels are preferred. Make sure that all food labels are complied with HK government regulations
• Create new labels and assist in handling all QA issues with vendors

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above, Preferable in Food Science or other related disciplines
• 2-3 years’ relevant working experiences in food purchasing preferred
• Good communication and organization skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage
• Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferred
