Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operation works of the College, which include security, cleaning, traffic, events support, property management and internal customer service duties, etc
• Perform patrol, conduct scheduled inspection to all facilities on Campus and monitoring of service contractors’ performance;
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient operation on Campus;
• To perform other duties and assume accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives;
• To undertake minor repair and maintenance works, move school furniture, equipment and heavy objects as directed;
• To attend emergency repairing work and typhoon duty.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary level education or above with 3 years relevant experience at supervisory level;
• Experience in educational property management is an advantage;
• Possess a valid Security Personnel Permit & Q.A.S Certificate recognised by SGSIA;
• Possess a valid HK driving license with Class 1 and Class 2 endorsement for manual;
• Team player with pleasant personality and good communication & interpersonal skills, detail oriented, responsible, enthusiastic and motived;
• Competent PC skills in commonly used software such as MS Word and Excel;
• Fair spoken and written English and good in Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Operation Officer
