To cope with the fast growing market needs, we are currently looking to appoint a Sales and Marketing Coordinator develop commercial and residential sales in line with the company’s growth.

The Job

• Responsible for full spectrum of introducing and marketing activities for company’s products in or outside of company showroom
• Sales Coordination from concept development with architects and designers to project completion
• Expand and maintain good relationship with clients, developers, architects, interior designers and contractors
• Develop and maintain a close working relationship with key new specifier contacts
• Sample arrangements, and maintain record of samples
• Directly report to Project Team

 The Person

• Diploma or University graduate
• At least 3 years of solid sales experience, preferable in Architecture and Building Materials industry but not essential
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
• Frequent travel to PRC is required
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Immediately available preferred
• Candidate with less experience could be considered as Sales and Marketing Coordinator
