Job Responsibilities:

• Handle clients’ enquiries on account opening, trading platform and market information with good customer service skills
• Be responsible for monitoring and supervising the daily operations of the Customer Service Team including handling internal and external customer enquiries complaints
• With experience in account opening for institutional client, client onboarding, CIES & KYC
• Assist in client account opening procedures and general administration duties
• Participate in different ad hoc projects as assigned by the superiors
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in business or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience gained in financial industry
• Qualified to be registered as a licensed person under SFC RA1 & RA2
• Good understanding of the global financial market and various financial instruments
• Excellent communication skills with high level of customer service attitude and professional telephone manner
• Strong communication, supervisory and client servicing skills
• Strong PC skill & proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both verbal and written in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer
