Job Description

Our client is a world's largest leading global company in the banking industry. They are looking for passionate and talented people to handle customer's complaints and fulfill their requirements. 


You Responsibilities: 

- Keep a good relationship with customers

- handle customer complaints and provide best services to clients 

- Suggest feedback enhance working procedure and improve service level

- Work with other departments for examine client's data and suggest ideas to improve

Your Requirements: 
- At least 3 years of experience in customer services, banking, financial industry

- Great interpersonal and problem-solving skills

- Great command of spoken and written English and Chinese ( Cantonese and Mandarin)
