Responsibilities:

•  Prepare periodic reports and assist to analyse store sales / product sales performance for review regularly
• Work closely with internal supportive team, including HR, marketing, merchandising, logistics, and finance team
• Conduct regular shop visits, assist stock cycle count, and maintain visual merchandising standards according to the brand’s guideline
• Support the Operations team in any administrative and coordination
• General store administration duties, such as update contact list, expenses, uniform and shop material application.
• Review the duty roster monthly for each store and maintain attendance records of retail staff
• Participate in Ad-hoc projects (Roadshow / Pop up & store opening preparation assignments)

 Requirements:

•  Diploma or above in Services Operations, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience, preferably in retail shop operations / operation administration and FMCG / Consumer Electronics industry
• Proactive, organized, detail-minded and good time management skills
• Good communication and organization skills
• Familiar with MS office application, such as Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written skills in both English and Chinese
