Objective:

To deploy, set up and support the new system and servers

Responsibilities:

• will include but not be limited to the following-
• To deploy, setup and support new ERP systems and solutions
• To set up the Oracle servers and ensure the performance stability
• To assist developing the entire Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system included Point of Sales, Purchasing, Logistic and Head Office
• To support and maintaining ERP System and prepare a workflow of the ERP system as a whole
• To install and configure system with networking for ERP system deployment

Technical experience / qualifications:

Network: Windows Environment, Network Security, Network Setup & configuration, Desktops/ PCs Database: SQL Server, Unix and Oracle Database

Requirement:

• Diploma/High Diploma or above
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and operating systems (Windows and Linux)
• Working experience in data center / computer room environments
• Good understanding of Oracle and SQL server equipment and systems is a must
• Good customer service skill, client focused and interpersonal skill
• Cert/Diploma holder in Computer Studies, Information Technology, or related qualifications is preferred
• With three year experiences in field support is preferred

 Immediate available is highly preferred.
