Responsibilities:

• Processing payment request, including checking the supporting documents in accordance with the expenses claim policy, preparing cheques and inputting accounting vouchers.
• Input trades related vouchers and perform the corresponding reconciliations with brokers statements and bank statements on daily basis.
• Prepare the month-end closing vouchers and breakdowns.
• Assist in preparation of the weekly, monthly and quarterly consolidation and financial reports to headquarter.
• Assist in preparation of monthly management reports to reflect departmental performance.
• Handling the bank and brokers accounts opening and maintenance matters.
• Assist in tax and audit matters.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance /Accounting or related discipline.
• Final stage in recognized CPA exams.
• At least 2 years working experience in accounting jobs, preferable in financial services industry.
• Experience in multinational CPA firms is required, preferable to have commercial experience.
• Good PC skills with strong knowledge in excel.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Putonghua.
• Committed, responsible, self-initiative and with sound interpersonal skills.
