Responsibilities:

• Maintain systems performance for regional ERP systems that are hosted in HK;
• Participate in systems and security setup;
• Make technical recommendations, define roadmap and implement IT infrastructure;
• Prepare system documentation, provide training to and conduct testing with end users, collect acceptance from users;
• Prepare change control document and follow company standards and procedures for system deployment;
• Conduct troubleshooting and application fine-tuning to maintain system stability, continuity and high-availability;
• Have to be multi-tasking to deliver agreed deliverable(s) ;
• Able to work under minimal supervision, be highly pro-active;
• With good command of both written and spoken English to effectively communicate with different type of users. 

Requirements:

• University graduate in computer science, IT or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience;
• Technically strong in two or more areas:
  • Windows and Database administration on version 2008 or above
  • Server installation and perform software changes;
  • Troubleshooting and problem skills on Microsoft platform;
  • Knowledge in the following areas would be merits:
    • Oracle DB, PL/SQL, Stored Procedure;
    • Previous experience in large scale application across the regions;
  • Especially in supply chain, logistics, financial, accounting, sales and purchase and ERP.
