Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial projects in collaboration with internal department external consultants to develop financial policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency between group and subsidiary companies.
• Manage the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the Company’s Controllership functions
• Review the factory costing system.
• Perform costing analysis and product cost matters
• Review BOM and different cost items (raw material, packaging, labour and overhead costs etc.)
• Design, develop and implement costing system
• Prepare group financial reports; cost and management reports/analysis
• Identify cost impacts on various products

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting or Finance, with CPA qualification
• At least 10 years’ diverse financial management experience in manufacturing environment, corporate financial management or controllership
• Experience in factory & sizable organization will be preferred
• Excellent technical and leadership skills
• Good project management skills
• Strong communication and construction influencing skills
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verba
