Responsibilities:

• Provide support in M & A projects including due diligence & document preparation;
• Assist in prepare announcements and circulars related to corporate finance transactions;
• Assist Group CFO to facilitate various corporate activities for the Group;
• Assist in maintaining close working relationship with various financial institutions;
• Perform financial analysis on financing deals and to review related financing documentation and to prepare reports for internal discussion, analysis and approval;
• Liaise with professional parties and communicate with regulatory authorities;
• Assists and participates in all kind of investor relations activities including formulate IR presentations, website content and Q& A for meetings with analysts, investors and journalist;  
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• A degree holder in Business ,Finance or Accounting or related professional qualifications;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HK listed Company with corporate finance and/or IR experience;
• Good exposure and knowledge in Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and other relevant rules and regulations is an advantage;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua;
• Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint skills;  
• Analytical, self-motivated ,independent, a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill;
• Frequent travel is required.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Corporate Finance Manager.
