Requirements:

1. Diploma / Higher Certificate in Accountancy or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years accounting experience, experience in real estate or property management industry is a definite advantage
3. Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with SAP and/or Flex Systems is an advantage
4. Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadline
5. Good communication, co-ordination and helpful
6. Immediate availability would be a definite advantage

 Responsibilities:

1. Handle full set of Accounts
2. Prepare monthly accounting reports
3. Responsible for banking account reconciliation
4. Coordinate with Leasing Dept for monthly settlement by tenants
5. Prepare month-end closing report, maintain complete and up-to-date accounting records
6. Prepare daily accounting vouchers, data entries and filing
7. Handle any ad-hoc assignments when necessary
