Responsibilities:

• Reviews internal controls and governance of business units and headquarter units;
• Reviews the compliance on business plans, policies and procedures, etc;
• Extracts relevant data from different sources and performs analysis for identifying irregularities;
• Handles forensic investigations on management/ regulatory request;
• Prepares and submits reports on the results of audits with appropriate recommendations for improvements;
• Facilitates corporate governance and risk management initiatives of the Group;
• Performs ad hoc assignments as request;
• Overseas travelling may be required;
  
  

Qualification/ Required attributes:

• Holder of University Degree in Accounting or related disciplines.
• Member of relevant professional body (e.g. HKICPA, ACCA, CIA and CISA).
• At least 5 years of external and/or internal audit experience, with at least 1 – 2 years at supervisory level.
• Experience in data analytics and IT audit is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong analytical mind.
• Be proactive, self-initiative and well-organized.
• Able to handle projects/ tasks independently and coach subordinates.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in using PC applications.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Audit Executive.
