Our clients are well-established listed conglomerates. They are fast-growing businesses and are looking for talented caliber to join their Finance team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:    

Ÿ  Involve in financial planning, analysis and reporting 

Ÿ  Conduct financial due diligence and analysis

Ÿ  Work closely with other professional parties in M&A, IPO exercise and capital raising exercises

Ÿ  Assist in ad hoc reports when required

Requirements:

Ÿ  Accounting qualification or equivalent

Ÿ  2-3 years' relevant experience (experience gained from external audit is an absolute advantage)  

Ÿ  Detail-orientated, strong team player with motivated work ethics

Ÿ  Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese  

Ÿ  Occasional travel to PRC and overseas countries is required
