Position Description:
1. Premium receivables processing and credit control administration;
2. Liaise with agents/brokers, banks, and prepare tax filing for agents (non-employee income) to IRD;
3. Assign duties to Shared Service Center, e.g. cash application, commission disbursement;
4. Follow up overdue accounts and work with billing team (CPS) and profit centers on premium booking matters;
5. Retain record of cash receipt / disbursement documents;
6. Support internal and regulatory audits, UAT, operation enhancement projects, other ad hoc requirements as and when required

Position Requirements:
- Higher diploma or degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
- Student members of professional accounting bodies are welcome;
- 3 years or above accounting experience preferred but not essential;
- Proficiency in accounting systems and PC skills;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese);
- Strong team player with good problem-solving skills, willing to learn, and attentive to details

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Assistant / Accounting Assistant.)
