Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• To perform sales data input & prepare various analysis reports 
• To assist in tracking sales and market research & provide assistance in business initiatives execution
• To assist in managing the floor plan for booth bookings and related matters
• To provide pre-show and on-site support for company events
• To provide secretarial supports to project manager & Regional Sales Manager

Requirements: 

• A degree holder with at least 2-3 years’ working experience as secretary or coordinator in medium-sized company
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel & PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• A proactive and detail-oriented team player with good communication skills
• Possess analytical skill with an interest in project and database management
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as sales support administrator
