We are currently seeking an Assistant Human Resources Officer to support the company's Hong Kong HR Team. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and will have experience in recruitment.

Job Description :

• Daily generalist HR administration
• Recruitment support; job posting, CV screening, assist at the 1st interview and provide feedback reports.
• VISA administration; placing new visa applications, follow up with visa renewals
• On boarding; helping expatriate staff settle into Hong Kong and the company.
• Travel arrangements; working with a travel agent to organise flights as necessary
• Training follow-up; follow up with Annual Appraisal campaign
• HR statistics; provide reports based on HR operations
• Ad-hoc HR projects

Qualification Required :

• Diploma in HR or above

Experience Required :

• Previous exposure to Recruitment / HR / admin matters is desirable
• Must speak Cantonese and have a good English level
• Good computer skills (+ MC office)
• Good communication skill
