Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee full spectrum of the general office administration & maintenance functions and ensure the daily operation running smoothly
- Formulate, implement, review and enhance office administration policies and procedures in line with organization strategies/ objectives
- Implement office renovation projects including liaison with contractor, project monitoring, movement logistics etc.
- Collaborate with outsource contractors so as to continue the administration services to all premises
- Prepare and control annual budgeting on office automation & equipment
- Manage health and safety in the workplace
- Take lead in relating to “Green Environment” and “Energy Saving”
- Take up any ad hoc projects/duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Over 6 years in office admin and facilities management with supervisory experience
- Degree and above
- A good team player, be flexible and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skill both spoken and written (English and Chinese)
- Good MS Office skills
