Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coach a team in providing full spectrum of administration services including but not limited to facilities management, office R&M, insurance management, office property leasing management, vendor management, company vehicle and travel arrangement, etc.
  • Oversee procurement activities for office and shop equipment and supplies
  • Monitor budget and expenses to ensure cost effectiveness of all administrative services
  • Review and implement effective administrationpolicies and guidelines to enable smooth business operations
  • Provide regular performance reports for management review
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 10 years’ experience in office administration and facilities management gained from sizable company with at least 5 years in supervisory level
  • Independent with strong problem solving skills and able to train staff to tackle day to day operations issues  
  • Result-driven, service-oriented, flexible with excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of staff
  • Proficiency in MS OfficeApplications
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
