Our client, a well-known fashion house with global presence is seeking to appoint a detailed-oriented, flexible and articulate PR& Marketing practitioner to provide day-to-day/PR/Marketing and Events support to the Regional PR& Marketing Manager in Shanghai and MD at the Regional HQ in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

PR & Advertising – formulating and execution of PR/Marketing strategies, handle media, bloggers and KOL enquiries, monitor sample arrangements, responsible for the coordination of PT/media activities, monitor press clippings and develop editorial and competitors reports, relationship building with media and celebrity, execute approved media plan etc.

Events – support event planning and all logistics issues, liaise with both internal and external parties for event logistics and preparation, prepare event proposal report, prepare updates on competitors events.

Marketing – organize various marketing activities, joint promotions and events to achieve business objectives, coordinate marketing material, GWP order, manage marketing-related administrative tasks such as budget, support CRM, digital marketing activities, social media, DM and eDM development etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fashion retail
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, energetic and organized; flexible and be able to cope with pressure
• Sound knowledge in digital platform and proficient pc skills including Chinese word processing.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin
