Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the whole recruitment process from identifying hiring needs, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, confirming offer, coordinating on-boarding formalities and conducting orientation program, etc.
• Work closely with the line managers to devise appropriate and innovative approaches to meet the dynamic business and recruitment needs
• Act as Business Partner to provide advice and support to line management
• Prepare HR reports and analytics
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments if required

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experience preferably gained in property developer
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Analytical, pro-active, committed, with drive for success and good problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, well organized, detail-minded and able to work in a fast-paced working environment and under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficiency in PC applications
• Immediate availability is an absolute advantage
