Job Description

Position Summary:

This position will provide support to assigned BU in all aspect of HR day-to-day Service Delivery for all aspect of HR activities, including but not limited to recruitment & selection, manpower planning, staff orientation, payroll administration, performance management, compensation & benefits administration, training and development, maintenance of employee records and assistance to the Department in implementing benefits programs and human resources activities. 

As a key member of the recruiting function, he/she will also be involved in various HR initiatives and proactive recruiting program to achieve the business objectives. 

The position will work closely under the guidance of HR Manager to perform his/her support services from time to time as necessary.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1)Talent Acquisition

  • Responsible for recruitment and screening, job offer and engage the new hire before and after on-boarding
  • Process the searching and selection in align with defined process & approval flow
  • Identify the right person for the right position
  • Provide guidance to the hiring manager to select the right person
  • Prepare and coordinate the smooth on-boarding administrative arrangement and cross functional support.
  • Conduct staff orientation for new hires, and coordinate the core functional orientation plan.
  • Monitor the nominated CV and data base, proactively share the CV with the HR team. 

2)Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Participate in day-to-day operations HR and service delivery in Payroll & Benefit administration
  • Update the HRIS (IPL) on defined time schedule and manner to maintain the update personnel records and enable to track changes in ensuring data integrity and consistence.
  • Responsible for the benefits administration responsibility as assigned by manager
  • HR Reporting

3)Employee Relations

  • Communicate company information to all levels of staff effectively and efficiently through different channels.
  • Offer professional consultation and advice to employees as appropriate.
  • Accelerate next level to handle issued employees and response/follow-ups on employee complaints, grievances and labour cases

4)Training & Development

  • Local training program coordination and logistics, including training schedules, enrolment, sourcing of venues, production of training materials etc.
  • Assist to evaluate effectiveness and feedback of training programs & training service providers.
  • Maintain database of training programs, vendors database and records.

5)Other Projects

  • Regional Projects, e.g. HRIS, iLead, iSay
  • Staff functions and events, CSR initiatives
