Responsibilities

• Provide and support in all-round HR & Office Administration function including project implementation, performance management, employee relations and day-to-day operation
• Review, formulate and implement HR and Administration policies and procedures
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the management to support the business goals

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline is preferable.
• Min. 3 years HR & Admin. experiences in sizeable organization
• Well versed with HK & China employment law
• Mature, self-motivation, independent ,proactive team player and willing to work under pressure with minimum supervisory
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in the use of Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
• Occasionally travel to China if required
• Immediately available is preferred
