Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in SFC license application in preparing and setting up process, operations and infrastructure of the firm 
• Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC regulated activities of the firm 
• Manage daily operations to ensure full regulatory compliance
• Comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and standard of good market practices
• Establish, manage and supervise regulated activities in compliance with SFC regulations on Securities and Futures
• Explore High Net Worth clients and set up procedures of account opening and customer services to comply with relevant regulations and laws
• Make and implement policies as well as perform risk control
• Design innovative products and services for High Net Worth clients

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law and Accounting or equivalent
• 2 years or above relevant management experience as R.O plus 4 years or above 
• Current holder of SFC R.O. license for Type 1, 2
• Have ability to manage ad hoc issue (including HKEX and SFC)
• Having Prior regulatory relationship management experience is preferred
• Possessing strong leadership, analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
