Responsibilities:

●Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

●Provide clerical and administrative support to the department, such as filing, data input and ad hoc projects

●Follow up with customer enquiries and repayment by telephone calls

 Requirements:

• At least 1-5 years of experience in money lending company
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player with strong customer focus
• Responsible with positive attitude, independent, reliable, proactive and assertive
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
