Job Duties:

PMS Management – ensure trades, prices, rates, rules etc are entered/captured correctly for the portfolio

Trade Management – look after trades from trade matching to settlement, resolve any unmatched/fails

Perform daily checks – ensure that the funds is in compliance of both internal and regulatory requirements

Portfolio Reconciliations between PMS and PBs

Portfolio Evaluation - NAV computation including analyzing and evaluating daily P&L

Work closely with Trader, Portfolio Manager to facilitate Portfolio Management

Liaise with brokers, PBs and Fund Administrator on issues relating to the funds

Calculation and verification of NAV from Fund Administrator

Verification of Fund expenses (Fund Administrator, PBs, legal etc)

Liaise with auditors/fund administrators to facilitate audit of the funds

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related disciplines (ACCA/CPA preferred)

3 to 5 years of relevant/related experience from the Hedge Fund or Fund Administration industry

Responsible, efficient and detail-oriented

Self-motivated and Team player

Good communication skills, fluency in English and Chinese
